As a registered midwife, HypnoBirthing® instructor, and holistic practitioner, I've spent the last 10+ years in birthing rooms and living rooms across New Zealand, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and those first exhausting, wonderful weeks after. I'm also a mum of two, so I know this from both sides of the bed.
I started My Little Kiwi because I kept meeting parents who'd been left to piece together their own antenatal education from Google searches at midnight. You deserve better than that — real answers, from someone who's actually been in the room.

Every birth is different
Home birth, hospital birth, planned caesarean, emergency caesarean — however your birth goes, it can still be a positive experience, and you'll never be judged here for how yours went.
